Refund Policy

This Policy describes how we process refunds and on what situations refund will be initiated.

  1. Cancellation

    Refund will be processed only if users cancel the appointment atleast 1 hours prior to the scheduled time.

    If the time slot is passed, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To cancel an appointment, you must send a mail to vhchomoeopathyclinic@gmail.com. Also, we have provided FAQ for how you can cancel your appointment.

  2. Refunds (if applicable)

    Your appointment cancellation request may take 2-3 business days to get completed. We will send an Email once appointment is cancelled.

    Once it is completed, then your refund will be processed and email will be sent to you for the same. Then, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business working days.

  3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
