Follow the below steps to book an appointment:

• Click here to goto Book Appointment page
• Select new patient if you are booking an appointment first time, or else uncheck it.
• Fill all the details
• Make payment
• Once you book appointment you will get the acknowledgement
• Doctor will contact you then through your preferred consultation type

Follow the below steps to refer a friend:

• Click here to goto referral page
• Enter and validate yoour Email ID
• Fill your friend details

Note: You will only get the discount on next booking if your friend books an appointment

You will get 20% for referring a friend

Once doctor contacts you, you can then send the report through whatsapp or you can reply to the confimation mail with reports
